Both our a/c units & air handlers needed to be replaced; Nick Sr. installed them in 1997! The company sent two teams - 4 trucks - & the job was done in a single day. The a/c units & esp. the air handlers were not in easy or pleasant work spaces. But the installers worked efficiently & professionally to get the work done & both systems fully tested. We've used Nick & company for years; they've always stood by their work, helped us in emergency situations & are very pleasant to work with.

Andrew arrived on time. He was very pleasant and courteous. We are looking to install AC and he listened to all of our thoughts and concerns and made suggestions as to placements of units, both inside and outside. He will prepare a list of proposals for staff to make cost estimates. He was attuned to our needs and did not propose anything that he felt was not prudent or was excessive. Bottom line, a good experience.

Quick response to an online request for simple HVAC maintenance in the middle of winter. Then they were able to schedule a visit in just a few days. Tech called ahead to be sure we were home. He was a nice guy, happy to answer questions; seemed knowledgeable. Worked quickly and was able to diagnose our problem and make an initial repair immediately. Had to order another part, but they were back again in a couple days to install it. Nothing but pleasant, helpful people that we dealt with, from start to finish. The only thing I'd change would be for slightly lower pricing. But considering the fine experience we had, it's probably pretty reasonable. You get what you pay for, right?Bottom line: very pleased and highly recommend! Would use again.

It's the holidays have another star 🌟Let me frame this, its December 26th and my furnace wanted a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year gift a control board I called Buric spoke with Nick whome put me in contact with Andrew he asked a few questions then said he could be there in 25mins. I’ve just had the pleasure of working with the team from Buric for a split system install of a new inverter heat pump from Bosch for our home. We replaced our oil-burning unit in the basement and added a brand new system, vents and returns in the attic to solve our wild imbalance of heat and cooling. From the minute we engaged with the team from Buric, Danielle was our on-site estimator and when I tell you I was sold on Buric from the minute I heard her caring about not only our investment but the result we were looking for - incredibly thoughtful, excellent communicator and represented the company better than anyone could ask for. Danielle is a shining example of the profession! It was a couple of months before we could get scheduled for this size of a job and get the equipment in, but I would wait six more months to use this team again. Our installers were kind, punctual, professional and a pleasure to have in my home while I was also working from home the entire time. Dustin, Greg, Austin, Luke and Clyde were amazing professionals and they build an easy rapport with their customers. Dustin in particular helped us ensure other parts of the job were being done correctly, like our electrical work that we had contracted with another company. We had a team of trusted professionals making sure everything was done right and we were satisfied with the outcome in every way. We used Buric initially when our AC unit wasn’t working to peak performance, but their quality and honest service lead to us ultimately using them for replacement of our furnace and AC.The tech came out and advised we had a coolant leak in our 25 year old system. They were knowledgeable and honest with our options, and respected our time and wallet. We decided we would replace the system instead of service and they spared us the service charge.The sales appointment with Danielle was extremely comprehensive: Danielle inspected our equipment and then went over options and accessories. Once again they were upfront and honest with pricing and suggestions on equipment. Their prices were very reasonable and you can’t beat the warranty they offer. Danielle was very responsive- even texting us to let us know they had earlier appointment options that opened.Installation was timely, clean, well done- and the techs were very friendly! Repaired my AC for a very reasonable price.I had a coolant leak in my evaporator coils which caused it to ice up. Other HVAC companies in the area almost had me convinced I needed a full system replacement. Danielle from Buric encouraged me to run a diagnostic to identify the leak (at a much lower cost than other companies) and based on the results, recommended replacing just the leaking coils, along with a few other maintenance/upkeep tasks. Danielle is an excellent communicator and she did a great job explaining what was needed and why. The prices quoted were reasonable and the repairs were done on time and within budget. Buric HVAC has won my trust and I am happy to now have a service agreement with them. I highly recommend them. Trust in the moustache.

We built an In-Law apartment addition for out aging parents about 12 years ago, and we had Buric H&C install the HVAC system in the addition. I think we got their name from a Google search at the time, so we weren't sure what we were getting, but we soon found out that we lucked out with the best in the business! We had great service then and during follow-up service needs, and the system in the In-Law apartment is working great. Recently, the HVAC system in the main house was dying so we turned to Buric for advice. Danielle was excellent in patiently explaining and discussing system options and the pros and cons of each. Nick Buric is hands on too, and not just a name on the letterhead, as he also helped with product info. Once we made our choice, a great team came out to install the system. We are thrilled with the new system! I had some follow up questions and we got prompt, helpful service. This is an excellent company that carefully curates the products it offers, and they offer truly excellent customer service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them!

I chose Buric to do our regular maintenance and had a good experience so when it came time to replace our system I got a quote from them as well as three other companies. Buric's tech Danielle, who examined our system and gave the quote, was heads and tails above the other companies. Lots of companies are willing to just give a glance at your current equipment and move on sending you an email with the cost of drop in replacements. Danielle examined the condition of all parts of the HVAC system and gave helpful advice on what should and should not be replaced, and it's this thoroughness that gave me the confidence to choose Buric.The installers didn't disappoint with an on time, courteous, and clean installation. We're very happy with the new system.

I chose Buric based on two things … the great Google reviews and the glorious mustache of the man in their logo 😋. Seriously, Google reviews did not disappoint. The initial tech that came out, Danielle, was the most professional, courteous, and thorough service professional I’ve ever had (HVAC or anything else). Followed by a full crew of professional and courteous folks that installed my new system. They did a wonderful job installing at a very fair price. I know this because my brother is an HVAC Engineer and my brother in law has owned his own HVAC Company for many years in Harrisburg. Both saw the pictures of the install, the quote, the equipment and both said “looks like a nice install, very fair price”. Obviously I couldn’t be more pleased. I am glad that I chose them for current and future HVAC and IMO you should select them as well. You can thank me later. I called for a heat pump that was drenched in water every time it ran. They worked around my schedule and I got a tech out when I was home. He was professional and respectful of my property. He quickly diagnosed a clogged condensate drain and a clogged drain pipe to the external of the building. He cleaned everything out, blasted her with some nitrogen, and got me back up in running in far less than an hour.Great company, great service, thanks again.

I have been using Buric Heating and Air Conditioning for about 2 years. My AC had a leak somewhere in the past two years. The technician asked if we want to see adding sealant would fix the problem for a couple of years. He made clear that there was only a 50% chance that it might work. We tried that, and it lasted only two weeks, but fortunately, that were the last two weeks that we needed the AC for the year.Then we started to shop for a new AC system. Since our furnace was working, so we decided we would have the work done in Spring. We did quite a bit of research and call in 3 additional companies for estimates. At the end, we chose to go with Buric because their bid was very reasonable (not the cheapest, and definitely not the highest) and we have been working with them for two years. They also offered very good payment plans, though we didn't use them.Nick Jr. and Danielle were very patient and understanding in providing us with several rounds of estimates since we changed our minds a couple of times in terms of the scope of work we wanted to be done. The correspondence was always courteous, and they never try to upsell us anything.The service appointment was set on 3/1, and the team of technicians arrived promptly within the stated time window. They all wore PPE and shoe covers when they came inside the house. They were very efficient and finished replacing the whole system (AC and heating) in about 7 hours. They showed me what was done and how to use the new thermostat. All the work areas were cleaned very well (probably even better than before). The next day they send me a follow-up email to make sure everything was working fine.So far, the new furnace has been keeping us warm, and we are looking forward to trying out the AC unit in the summer. Everything was right about this appointment! The technician, Danielle and her co-technician showed up exactly on time. They were wearing masks and maintained a socially-acceptable distance from me. They were both extremely polite, and donned plastic booties before they entered my house. They were quick to diagnose the problem, and checked the manufacturer’s specifications and notes before finalizing their analysis. I’m an inquisitive guy, and they happily and thoroughly answered all of my questions. In addition, they left telling me that they were going to check to see if my unit was still under warranty, and would get back to me within a few days. I would definitely call Buric again whenever I need any type of HVAC service!

I was able to get appointment the next day and when the arrived one time wearing a branded polo and had booties to cover his feet. Of course he had a face mask.Did a terrific job ! Did a thorough cleaning of 2 systems.We joined the customer loyalty program and received a discount on parts we needed. Super quick turn around and extremely knowledgeable! The turn around from my first call to the service was approximately 24 hours, which is unheard of for most service companies on a non-emergency call. Danielle was my service tech and she knew her stuff. I had a full system inspection and she was very thorough and walked me through everything she was doing. She caught that the capacitors on my compressors were not working properly. This catch potentially saved me a complete system failure during some of the hottest days we’ve had in awhile. Better yet, she was able to replace them on the spot.I would recommend Buric to anyone. I’ve had other services in the past that were cheaper, but weren’t so prompt or thorough. Buric is a model business and you get a ton a value from what you spend with them!
