Became a VIP member a few months ago when a part of my HVAC broke for heat. The Buric team made us a priority to ensure we did not go without heat. We just used our membership to get a priority appointment next day to help reconfigure our duct work and Clyde showed up on time and explained everything he did with extreme professionalism and informed us of all our options we had available for our issue. Austin did maintenance and provided some feedback about an issue that will need to be addressed soon but not emergent. He provided lots of pictures of the system maintenance. Austin did an excellent job servicing my gas boiler. He noted the plethora of window AC units and suggested that I consider one or more splits. I have an appointment for an estimate very soon. Buric has always been excellent and all technicians communicate their timing precisely. Dustin and Jimmy came several weeks later and spent the day installing the first of three mini splits. They worked continuously all day to add the system in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Enjoying a cozy dinner with a touch more heat in the dining room

Arrived promptly and fixed our problem (humidifier filter needed changing) and identified short cycling which over time will limit the life of the unit and a solution. Technician went beyond the task at hand which is rare today. Very pleased.

I would GLADLY give more the a 5 star rating if I could. I won’t go into detail but my heating repair but I will say it started with another company who wasn’t able to give precise information about the status of the part needed to complete my repair. So my desperate search continued. I called Buric and spoke to Ashleigh, this young lady was the answer to my prayers. She patiently and politely listened to me vent about the horrible customer service experience. Being mindful of the cold temperatures she quickly scheduled service for the next day. After a cancellation she even called to offer an earlier appointment time, happily excepted. Per my request I received a 30 min call ahead, and had the opportunity to have my heat serviced by Andrew, this guy was amazing diagnosed the issue and repaired it without hesitation. Had my unit up and running in a very short time. I can’t say enough about the friendly, caring and professional service from these two individuals and Buric Heating & Air. Thank you!

The technician arrived on time and documented every part of the system check with photos. He performed a much more detailed and professional load calculation than the technicians from the other companies. He carefully inspected everything from the basement to the third floor and explained his process thoroughly.He also answered every question on my two-page checklist with patience and clarity. On top of that, he walked me through financing options and even explained tax credit benefits that we were not aware of.And the best part — their labor warranty is three years, which is far better than most companies offer. Overall, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit.

I've used Buric 3 times now and they are my permanent HVAC choice. I had used a competitor for the 9 years I've had my house. My AC decided to die late on a Friday night. I called the competitor and got a voice recording that they were closed until Monday and had assigned me an appointment for Wednesday. There was zero chance I was waiting until Wednesday so I started searching for local companies. I luckily stumbled upon Buric and called after 9pm on a Friday night an a human answered...I was shocked. I was then connected to the on-call service rep. They got me on the schedule for Saturday and I was the 2nd appointment. Austin called while enroute and was here by 10AM. He fixed our burned out compressor. We were very impressed by Austin and decided to signup for the Service Club right there on the spot. I figured we would not see him again until the fall for the furnace check. Well, in September, the night before vacation and again late on a Friday night, our attic AC decided to stop. Called again around 9pm and talked to a person and then transferred over to Austin. Over the phone we identified that water was going out the emergency pipe so I shut off the unit. Austin was out at our house at 9AM on Saturday and fixed a clogged coil. This week we just did our fall furnace tune-up. I'm extremely happy with the customer service and the ability to talk to a person after hours. Austin is great. I have already referred him to a co-worker who is also signed up for a fall furnace check too. Fingers crossed things are quiet. We'll see Austin again in the spring for the AC seasonal check. Note-I also purchased the MERV 11 filters as recommended.
